Le 26 novembre, Biram dah Abeid, menotté et escorté par des militaires, a été transféré au service de cardiologie d’urgence de l’hôpital de Nouakchott. LESLAN souhaite un prompt rétablissement au président Biram et espère qu’il soit traité avec le respect qu’il mérite. Les menottes sont une humiliation dégradante et inutile.

On 26 November Biram dah Abeid, handcuffed and escorted by military, was transferred to the emergency cardiology department of Nouakchott Hospital. LESLAN wishes a steadfast recovery to President Biram and hopes that he be treated with the respect that he deserves. The handcuffs are a degrading and unnecessary humiliation.
